We offer turnkey solutions for iron ore processing plants. Fabricated from the highest quality raw materials, these plants are provided with Feed Hopper, Ball Mill for grinding, Wash drum (Scrubber), Spiral Classifier bank, Hydro cyclones bank, Multideck Rectangle Vibratory Screens, Low; Medium & high-Intensity Magnetic Separators, and Tailing Pond. These are available at market-leading prices. Creating steel from low-grade iron ore requires a long process of mining, crushing, separating, concentrating, mixing, pelletizing, and shipping.

The concentrate collected from the tails after spiral gravity separation has a lower iron concentration so it must be further concentrated to achieve the customer’s 65% Fe concentration. It is immediately directed to a magnetic separator circuit so it can be further concentrated. The lighter particles are rolled into balls (combined with bentonite) and cooked in an induction oven. This process is known as palletization. Rejected non-magnetized material is diverted to the residue disposal area (tailing).

 

Iron Ore Beneficiation from 35% grade to more than 63% grade beneficiation for hematite and magnetite ore with recovery of 30% to 60%.

For Manganese Ore beneficiation from 13% grade to 40% grade with recovery from 40% to 65%.
